unclench.ai docs

unclench.ai puts a chat on your website that answers your customers from your own help content. When it can’t answer, it says so and brings in your team. Every question it couldn’t answer goes on a list, so you know what to write next.

How it works

1. You add your help content. Your website, a few written answers, or files like PDFs and price lists.
2. You paste one line of code on your site. A chat button appears in the bottom-right corner.
3. Customers ask, your agent answers. It only uses what you’ve written. If a customer asks for a person, or the answer isn’t in your content, the chat is flagged for your team.
4. You fill the gaps. Questions it couldn’t answer are ranked by how often people ask. Write the answer once and it’s used from then on.
