The third-party services unclench.ai uses to run the service and process customer and visitor data, as described in our privacy policy.

- OpenAI
- Generates agent replies, topic labels and business summaries. Data sent through its API isn't used to train its models by default.
- Supermemory
- Indexes knowledge so the agent can search it when answering.
- Cloudflare
- Stores uploaded files (R2), delivers live chat, receives customers' replies to follow-up emails, and protects and delivers our domains.
- Hetzner
- Hosts our application servers and database.
- Dodo Payments
- Processes subscriptions and payments as merchant of record.
- Resend
- Delivers service emails such as invites and billing notices.
- Provides sign-in, Google Analytics measures visits to our website and console, and Google Tag Manager loads our measurement and advertising tags.
- X
- Its advertising pixel measures visits, sign-ups and purchases that come from our ads on X.
- PostHog
- Measures how our website and console are used and reports errors in the browser.
- Sentry
- Receives error reports so we can fix bugs. Reports are set not to include personal details by default.
